What is a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a powerful legal document that allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf, should you become unable to do so. There are two main types of LPA:

Health and Welfare LPA: This LPA covers crucial decisions regarding your medical treatment, personal care, and overall well-being. It ensures that your chosen representative can advocate for your wishes regarding healthcare and personal matters with clarity and authority.
